Mid summer goodness…

Here’s what we’re preparing this week at the shop:

RAVIOLI:
Seasoned ricotta
Truffled mushroom

PASTA:
Angel hair (with organic eggs)
Rigatini (without eggs)
Pappardelle (fresh garlic and herb)

SAUCES:
Rustic tomato (rustico)
Spicy tomato (fra diavolo)
Roasted garlic and olive oil
Basil oil
SPECIALS (available ’til sold out):
Pasticcio di pasta – Homemade angel hair pasta layered with sauteed spinach, roasted red bell peppers and goat cheese. Baked golden brown with breadcrumbs on top.
Baked cannelloni – Three seasoned ricotta filled shells, baked with sundried tomatoes and topped with house smoked fresh mozzarella.
Biscotti – Anise and almond flavored. Baked by Paper, Cake, Scissors. A wonderful treat for after a great meal.
